Free Shipping

Free Standard Shipping on U.S. Orders Over $99

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders over $99.

  • Available for orders shipped within the United States.
  • Order subtotal must exceed $99 after discounts and before taxes.
  • No promotional code is required.

Orders below $99 will be charged shipping based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.


Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.

During periods of high demand, product launches, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.


Multiple Shipments

To ensure the fastest possible delivery, items within the same order may occasionally be shipped separately.

If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.


Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package arrives damaged, appears lost, or experiences significant shipping delays, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of any damaged items or packaging (if applicable)

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate before placing your order.

NipponFinds is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
